Original ban was for toxicity. This report states Ban evasion as the reason simply because he evaded the ban with an alternate account (to harass staff further) before we had a chance to make the original ban report. This player has been banned on Discord as well, also for harassment of staff.

The discord ban was issued by the server owner - you probably had shared a link to another MC network or discord, which would be the reason for the ban for advertising.

This was not an issue of not understanding the rules, otherwise you would not have felt a need to contact the player you offered to use your perks for by private message. Either way, this is a temporary ban of 1 day, so it will remain as such.

This appeal is well thought out and also well-written. I’ll let you know now that this is likely to be accepted. I still need some time to determine how short to make the ban now, as the normal approach for accepting a permban appeal is to make it a temp ban of some length.

Asking you to stop does not undo the damage you caused to another player's base. You stole things and got banned for 10 days. This appeal was denied.

Your comment to staff on your other appeal was basically an argument that ignorance of our rules is a valid excuse, which it is not. Your ban is only temporary, and will expire 10 days from now anyways.

This has already been discussed. This appeal is just as “denied” as the previous.

Racist language/chat of any variety is not tolerated on Nytro Networks under any circumstances, whether it was just said “to prove a point” or for any other reason. The staff team has chosen to deny this appeal.

Bases which had been griefed by AsarcoMiner after 351Modified was banned were discovered by Elite_Fuzion recently. Along with other pieces of evidence, I have determined that AsarcoMiner and 351Modified are alternate accounts of the same person. Both have been permanently banned from this server.
