I wasn't the staff member who issued your mute, however the chat logs indicate that you had typed a message into global chat with nothing but multiple profanities. Your mute was indeed issued by a staff member who had been doing some maintenance at the console and noticed the message.

After consideration by other members of the staff, the decision was made to deny this appeal. You had already received one prior warning and two temporary mutes for chat violations prior to this mute being put in place.

This mute was actually done through the console, by higher-ranking staff than myself. Just noting this here for our records. Someone higher up on the team than me will evaluate this report.
