I'll add here that the use of signs for harassment is something our network has a precedent for banning. This doesn't happen often, but is considered a bypass of our muting capabilities when it does occur.

I looked more into this - the second account which you claim is your younger brother's did not log in until after you had been banned. That account had never been on our network previously. I find it unlikely that they suddenly felt a need to try playing on our servers right after you were banned.
