Can you not find them in the spirit world? I don't play sky packs, but the spirit world would likely not follow the sky-gen setting.

Though I have no authority over new packs aside from my opinion, ..... no. Its a test pack with no mods possessing any long-term playability. So as java said... why would we add this?

Stand on it & shift-right click. If this fails, the server may require a warp. Deep dark portals do not require any item or key.

Normally, a portal is right-clicked for 1.7 packs. However, galaticraft is on many packs and interferes with the portal, so we typically a /warp to the deepdark on those servers. Does your server not have one?
