How do you get into the deep dark, or is it banned?

I'm just wondering how to get into the deep dark. Someone said it's not banned and it requires something to enter. Thanks.

Normally, a portal is right-clicked for 1.7 packs.
However, galaticraft is on many packs and interferes with the portal, so we typically a /warp to the deepdark on those servers.
Does your server not have one?

I see, and no I don't think so. I've tried /warp deep or deep dark or dark and things like that but it doesn't work. Also, when you try to look at all the warps it says there are no warps listed. Someone said that you have to have some specific item in your hand that you right-click the portal with, but he couldn't remember what the item was. Any idea?

Stand on it & shift-right click.
If this fails, the server may require a warp.
Deep dark portals do not require any item or key.

No, it doesn't seem to work. Do you know how I would go around to getting a /warp made?
