Hello, you are close to where you need to post that. But not quiet there! But click here to know about the rank upgrades from 1.7 to the 1.10 servers. If you aren't able to do so through the shop then please post a Donation Support Ticket here! Make sure you fill it all out with the information needed! Once you do that you'll be helped with as soon as a Sr. Admin or higher can get to it! Keep in mind that they are busy and it can take a while. But don't worry, it will be gone through once you do the support ticket if Rank Upgrade does not work.
