Permanent ranks

I was thinking maybe you could add permanent ranks for 3x or 2x or even the cost of the monthly/yearly price it would be easier on players who can't afford to do things such as monthly...

As nice it would be: One of the reasons for the servers to relaunch as Nytro is because KookyKraft shop system had permanent ranks. They removed permanent ranks because there is a one time payment. The server is completely community funded so if there is around 65 players and payed a one time payment then it could only last the server a few months. The goal is to keep the server running as long as possible. If you can't purchase any ranks or donate, you can vote for the server and get prizes. We'll find out what the new rewards will be at the end of the month. It's possible to get a paid rank for a month.

I personally can't do monthly/yearly or any subscription but a one timer would be ideal for me.. So I don't know. I would really love a permanent rank if it were cheap anyway..

I disagree.
Ranks used to cost around $10 for VIP and $200 for Ukat.
The new system allows you to get a rank for $2.50 and play for a whole month or $20 for a whole year. If you decide you want to take a break for awhile, you just cancel. This is much cheaper for the players in the short term and more sustainable for the servers in the long run.

To everyone who has ideas and constructive criticisms of new vs. old, let me first start by thanking you for sharing your feedback. We do appreciate it, its nice to hear when we are doing a good job, but its extremely important to know when our players feel we could improve; no community can improve in a vacuum. Please keep the feedback coming, we wont always like what you have to say, but we always appreciate the fact that you are willing to share it.

I think there is some confusion around a few points that need to be addressed for everyone:

• -Neither the former KKMC, or Nytro is a for profit business.
• -None of our staff or the owner is making money off donations, all proceeds are going to support the server
• -Our staff is not paid. We are all volunteers

I understand that many of you don't like the fact that we switched the payment model, the cool thing is that you don't have to donate to play on the server. It is a choice! It is your choice We don't owe you anything, and you don't owe us anything, and that's a pretty cool concept. We welcome those that wish to donate to do so, and those that don't want to donate, you don't have to donate

I do know that we used to honor our voters with perks each month. This wouldn't be unreasonable to do again.
Everything is still kind of new, we are still working on new ideas and ironing bugs out with the newer plugins.
We will keep trying to provide the best experience for everyone involved.

Makes sense, you convinced me. I'll certainly support the server in this case, absolutely appreciate this network and the work put into it.
