What were you doing last time you managed to be on the server? (if you have never joined, say so)
I can get on the server but whenever I type /help claim or /help island... my game freezes and then crashes. I load the game with curse. I was only standing on wood slabs at the time and i was looking at the air.

Uninstall the chatflow mod. It causes client crashes whenever you recieve an empty message, including from commands like /help.
