What were you doing last time you managed to be on the server? (if you have never joined, say so)
Armourer's Workshops gifts players with a small doll, which is just the smaller version of the Mannequin. When placed, it locks the chunk and crashes the server whenever someone loads it.

Item ID is 1243 for the doll

The items should be removed from the world now.

If that's the case I'm still timing out the server and forcing it to restart before logging in.

I can't provide an error report, as it is all serverside. Not really sure what could be doing it than. Sending me to spawn might not help as I have a loader in the area.
