Lost my stuff (PO3)

Hello,

Today around 12:20PM I put my whole inventory in a chest and went to the nether. Once I got to the nether, the server crashed. I got back to the server and went to my island where I couldnt find the chest I placed with all my stuff inside. I lost it due to the server crash...
What can I do to get it back or can't I?

We dont refund items due to glitches, crashes etc. But if you could make a post in the help channel in discord with your In-Game-Name and what server it happened on a staff member can take a look and see what we can help with
