Laser Drill

I just bought a Laser Drill and when i get it set up and ready, I go to craft a Purple focus and i get the materials but I'm guessing its a conflicted recipe or something because I keep getting regular purple stained panes and not the MineFactory Reloaded ones. Can I get some help please? Thanks

Are you using the minefactory reloaded glass or just the vanilla stained glass

Im trying to craft the panes but it gives me vanilla panes after using minefactory reloaded glass so im guessing its and conflicting recipe
