Extra utilities 2 Quantum Quarry Ban

During my playtime on the ftb infinity 1.10 lite server I discovered that all quarries are banned which is fine cause they cause lag and world damage except for the quantum quarry which does no damage and causes no lag. I am wondering why this is banned and also if it is possible to unban it if it seems fitting
