End Crystal bugging out

we have a problem in the end due the end crystals on the pillars cant be destroyed and it looks like there are multiple on the same spot i know they are enterties maybe they also slow down the server i don't know but each time we kill a dragon a new set of crystals seems to appear can someone with the power come online and fix it ?

@TimeTheCat yesterday they where removed but if you kill the dragon again they stay and stack.
due the fact they are entertys cant they be added to the clear lagg list ?
