According to the victim, the player gave him a chunk loader (Set to 1x1) in return for 20k in game money, some zivicio, help with his island, and his manyullyn cleaver. Which is very overpriced, no to mention the scammer knew that the chunk loader is only active when he's online, and purposefully set it to 1x1 chunks. As well, distribution of donor items is specifically against the rules. This is not the players first offense.
