I'm not seeing where you were ever banned. The only action in your history was were we removed the @admin ping you sent. What happens when you try to join the discord server? Post a screenshot.

Hi CanadainYet1#3809. I have found the root of your issue. While I think you had the best intentions of asking for help, the only thing that appeared in our support room was a ping to @Administrator and nothing else. There was not other context. While pinging staff in itself is not ideal, without any other context it looked like spam. I have removed your hard ban and you may rejoin the server. In the future, do not ping staff. Posting in #support will automatically alerts those staff members who are online and available. You may need to wait for a response as it may not be immediate.
