does the Ender Dragon re spawn like naturally, if not how r u meant to get a dragons heart, because you if don't already have a dragon heart you cant resurrect the dragon using the ritual because
you don't have any awakened draconium.

you atleast need draconic armor to kill a chaos dragon

First you have to make a wyvern blade, or any draconic weapon, as they are needed to have any chance of getting a mob soul. I would enchant this with reaper 4 or 5 just to make it easier. Then make the resurrection stone, it only requires mob souls and draconium, all of which are obtainable without killing a dragon. Then you need to create a dragon resurrection ritual, which will give you a dragon to kill, and then you get a dragon heart.
