Chickens Mod

I hope I'm just being super dense, and if so I'm sorry for wasting your time, however I'm attempting to try the chickens mod and am unable to get the 3 base chickens, flint, sand and log. I've gone through every forum and video i can find an no one reports this issue as they're crafting recipes, however neither the NEI has them nor have I been able to create them based on others direction. Have these recipes been removed, and if so is there some other way to get these chickens? Please help, going crazy.

You have to explore the world to find the base chickens, its annoying, I know..

Which server are you on? Ask around, others probably have the base chickens spare.

I'm on skyfactory 3 second server, therefore you cannot explore for them and the source of my quandry.

I haven't played on the sf3 servers in a bit, but when I did, you could craft the eggs. Weird. If it has been updated, and now you have to find them, I would assume that just like vanilla passive mobs, you can create a platform and wait for them to spawn.

Is there other dimensions where they may spawn? Like aether or something? Otherwise, yea, possibly the trick Timidx3 suggested.

having the same problem on sf3 carnt get the flint wood and sand chickens. im on serve 1
