So i recently got donated a dell poweredge r710 with 2 xeon x5550 cpu's and 8 4gb ram sticks. I plan on using the built-in perc 6/i raid card and clonimg my old drives onto a new raid array. so i am in the market for 2 or 3 ssd's ($50 or under each) to put in a raid 1 or raid 5 boot array. I've looked at amazon and newegg and it looks like the adata xpg sx850 (128gb), team group L5 lite (120gb), or silicon power a55 (128gb) are my best options.
I have only ever used corsair or ocz ssd's and would like some input on which ones are going to be more reliable, other drives under $50 per drive to consider, and/or your thoughts on any of the above. Wil be using this as a workstation with future graphics updgrades and maybe some gaming.
