So this is NOT a banned item. It IS (now since illuminati pet is banned) impossible to get. The only way you could've gotten this, is by killing the lord of torment, Who is banned from spawning. This item cannot be found, made, or won from killing any type of boss other than the lord of torment. Thus making this item now impossible to get. This would be a great addition to the store, what it does is, if u have a mystic branch u can use ur witchery potions (that are hard to make) infinitely for the cost of some energy out of your infusion bar. Thus making potions, worth it. Thank you for your time -Z
