Cant Connect to server

after I press join it takes me to a screen that says" This server requires FML/Forge to be installed. Contact your server admin for more details" plz help

What version of SkyFactory do you have right now? You may have the outdated version or you may need to reinstall it. Check the version of Skyfactory you currently have as KookyKraft is now on 3.0.5.
Another sidenote please next time put this into the support category as it would be nice to know if you've ever actually gotten onto the server before.
