Can an admin tp me to spawn - in kicked for flying loop

I was just digging out a shaft for an elevator and tried to rise up quick with my Mekanism jetpack in normal mode rather than hover. I keep getting kicked. When this happened before I managed to sort it by taking my jetpack off in the second before I got kicked out after logging in. This isn't working this time.

Could an admin teleport me to spawn please?

I've been to bed and slept. This is still a problem. Is there no moderator or admin that can help?

I tried to take my jetpack off a load of times last night and this morning. It didn't work, but just did. Someone on the server has also suggested manually disconnecting before getting kicked, if anyone else has this problem.
