Ive been looking it up and there should be some down at y 10, i was looking around for like a hour and could not find any. has one one for some there or are they just not there due to the server???

you might have just gotten rotten luck. you can try looking in the nether. i usually find a few around fortresses. DeepDark is awesome for them too

i did what u said looked all over and have goggles on nothing, i have spawned em with silverwood but there just so low
