Add ProjectOzone titan mode the nasa tier four in the shop

So all other servers have it (i think) and it costs 1.5k. Do it on titan to, there isnt anyway to go to a asteroid or venus, and progress through the mod. Please

you'll need carbon ingots to make the t4 rocket

But you need the schematic to even make the Tier 4 Rocket in the first place and theres no way to obtain it
