1. Are RFTools Dimensions Donors items or they just disabled?

2. Is there a way to fix The One Probe's Waila screen? Some of the people can see it (such as Tripl3xGaming) But I can't see it.

when you first join a server with that mod enabled you get a item that let you choose how you whant to use it
for example you need it not needed it or only need the item for more info.
if you set it to not needed it is always active without the use of the probe
if you shift open it you can change the location/how it looks/size of the waila screen.
