Sometimes when trying to teleport, it will say the area is 'not safe' and prevent you from teleporting, I think there should be a teleport confirmation after saying it's 'not safe' so you still have the option.

Sorry if this is a late reply, but there are ways around the bans such as auto crafting. This does not let the player use the item, but it will allow crafting.
