Best thing to do here would be to just leave it and don't use it. I understand that it is kind of a temptation but if you don't want to use it then don't.

delete the instance entirely then reinstall that's what I did when this happened to me.

UPDATE: Due to a flaw in the banning plugin the items are not able to be unbanned without a full unban of the item including usage, ownership, ect. So due to this the quarries have been rebanned as they are not necessary to further in the questbook outside of their own quest line.

I believe this has already been unbanned crafting wise unless it was another server that had the same issue. I will unban it for crafting but as soon as it enters your inventory it will be deleted. ;)

Try completely uninstalling and then reinstalling latest version 1.29. I had this exact same issue and it just took multiple attempts this latest version allowed me to fully download
