Well, that i cant help you with :) DW20 have been up for some time.. might be a little trip, but could also be just around the corner as many people just tend to go either south, north, west or east. Perhaps try a diagonal approach..

Are you sure you are trying to connect to: Beyond.kookykraftmc.net and not Beyond2.kookykraftmc.net? Beyond 2 are still on 1.5.3.

KKMC-servers don't have any boundaries, so resources in the End and Nether are infinite.

Have you tried /warp end?

Around your character 3x3 grid of chunks are loaded (at least on the servers i checked this on). In regards to quarry on CC and chunkloader on Crainer, i dont know. (but you are probably right regarding chunkloaders on crainer).
