I think this would be a good idea, but it seems similar to other modpacks. I would go for a more creative one.

There is a problem with that, because that would only work if it's in the chunk you're in (Corrupted Chunk/Block). It is also likely something in their inventory. That said, I believe this is a pretty good idea.

If it says you are timing out, that is different from crashing, but the actual issue could be not enough ram, which usually causes the server to desync with your player as you take to long to respond, and kicks you because it is not responding.

First you have to make a wyvern blade, or any draconic weapon, as they are needed to have any chance of getting a mob soul. I would enchant this with reaper 4 or 5 just to make it easier. Then make the resurrection stone, it only requires mob souls and draconium, all of which are obtainable...

If you're looking for a server with a good economy, I'd go with one of the Skyfactories, as it has a great economy due to things being easily automatable. I prefer SkyFactory 2.5b, as it has a good amount of people and not too much TPS lag

There is (unfortunately) not a way to fix this without the help of oredict mods, which disables the possible crafting of Sunnarium (Which I assume is what you want) so unfortunately there isn't a fix for this.
