Woah!!! Sorry I’ve been away and my PC broke. Yes I believe I banned him because he was crashing the server. What’s more I think I asked him not to but regardless I think he should be unbanned now. I know not why I banned permanently, go a head and unban him that was a little bit over the top...

I think it's in best interest, that we don't have to answer why we delete/modify posts. If we do, then people can go completely hostile and starting losing it... We do NOT want that. We're not running away from our problems or deleting complaints, we do actually deal with them. Most of the time...
