What did I do?

Hey, so my in game name is copr. I logged on just a bit ago to see that all the directly connected cables except for 2 were disconnected from my AE2 controller. The cable connected to my terminal was one of the 2 cables that was still connected, but I could not removed items, with that I learned someone broke and replaced the security terminal (so I would notice?). I was able to break and replace it. I can only assume one of the staff did this, so, what did I do?

No one on the staff would do this. Make a ticket and a staff member will fix it for you.

I've already fixed it, but if that isn't the case, then I am confused on how something that like is possible.

Security terminals can be broken with a wrench.. so you should "tuck it in" where noone can reach it.. i usually hide mine behind a wall or something.
