Please was observed offering Watch of Flowing Time benefits to another player. The other player denied the help advising that this is a banned item. After logging into the server, the player had dropped a watch of flowing time on the ground in his base. I also located another Watch of Flowing Time in his ME system. Do not accept any appeal without a very detailed and legitimate explaination as to how the player obtained these items and why he continued to possess them knowing they are banned.
