Very buggy, help?

Dear citizens of the whole entire UNIVERSE!

I have been expieiencing some buggy glitches on this server:
This includes;

Crashed when typing /spawn or /home sometimes,
Cannot create a party in Quest Book
Cannot Join a party in Quest Book
Cannot complete achievements in the quest book,

Please help

Still will not work, A gift from the titan council to you will not let me claim, and the diamond one wont either. please just reset my file excluding /home and /is home ( its my friends )
