What did they do?
As it has been on all servers with any vampires either from witchery or any other mod that causes daylight to damage vampires and make their play limited, this is also no exception. People use time altering abilities/devices to change night time into day time which can and most likely will put a vampire in a very bad position, even make them die if they cant find shelter. So as a non pvp server such devices and abilities need to be banned cause there will always be people abusing them, this has been done on several servers for as long as vampires have been in the game for that specific reason. I hope you take this into consideration and act as fast as possible cause i am not the only one suffering from this. Thank you and have a nice day.
