Recipe for wyver chestplate and leggings not working.

When I try the recipe for the wyvern chest plate or leggings they do nothing/can't craft.

The recipe for the wyvern helm and boots works fine.

Is the recipe disabled or changed from what NEI says?

There is more then one basic diamond armor?
Is the one to use is the one made from just 8 diamond?
I am going to craft another armor just in case the one I've been trying to use came from a drop.
