He was muted for his eighth mute. I don't know how it managed to get past his fourth mute without being permanent, but it did. Both mute appeals were denied by the owner.
Edit: His ban was made permanent on 12/4/16 because it was realized that he made other players break rules because of how toxic he was being in chat.
