What were you doing last time you managed to be on the server? (if you have never joined, say so)
Earlier today. When ever I log in I crash. I think it is because all of the potion effects that I have right now. I stood in the chance cube potion shower.

That is the wrong log, you're meant to upload the one from in your crash reports folder. You have uploaded your entire client log.
