Are creeper hearts banned or just very hard to get? I've killed a ton of creepers & I'm using Arthana and still haven't gotten a single drop. Its not listed on the banned items list, but I don't know if that is up-to-date.
It should be approx a 1/10 to 1/15 drop-rate from creepers (not using the Arthana or looting), they're not supposed to drop if the creeper came from a spawner or wasn't killed by a player.
