I have learned that I do not have to bug the staff for a server restart and just patiently wait for the staff to do what they need to do for us to be happy.

What would you do next time instead?
I will stop bugging the staff and be patient.

There is no need to bug staff to restart the server manually. Only very few can access the server console. Even if you want a restart, they are scheduled. Every 4 hours on 1.10 servers, and every 6 hours on 1.7 servers. So yes, you are correct. You do need to be patient.

Also, CatOverlord is pretty much the server owner to my knowledge.

Sorry I didn't know the restart schedule. And Catoverlord is the Consul(Owner)of the server.
