Did you learn anything from this?
That apparently making tickets (meaning more than one) for tps at 16 and when everyone on the server can't do anything is wrong and telling staff to try and hurry up is wrong too.

What would you do next time instead?
Rephrase my wording and maybe get a warning instead of instant ban.

You sent multiple tickets, around 4, after we said we would get to it when possible. We were busy. Sending a ticket notifies all staff, there is no need to spam us.

My apologies. Did not know it notified all staff. Multiple people were complaining about it. All I was doing was following what it said. Sorry to spam.
