Players entire server history has been extremely toxic including sexual statements. He has been muted by the owner and continues to spam absurd muted messages and set signs bashing the network staff.

I'll add here that the use of signs for harassment is something our network has a precedent for banning. This doesn't happen often, but is considered a bypass of our muting capabilities when it does occur.
