So apparently RR4 had an update earlier today and i didn't update until the server did, and i found that out by trying to login with the old version and got all the rejections to the mods. so i knew that the server had updated to the newest version of RR4 and so did i, then once i tried to login...

Are you sure it just isn't the blocks you are using? are you able to chisel the rest of the blocks in vanilla minecraft? Because it may just be that certain block.
