I have been unable to use a chunkloader to this point and am wondering if anyone who purchased the ability can use it, or is it disabled on foolcraft.

I am curious how long it is between restarts on RR4. We are currently having very low TPS issues and need a restart to hopefully allow it to be playable. We have had a steady 1 TPS for well over an hour Thanks
