This is true but griefing would still be a thing. If the plot is unclaimed, you can't just take what you want if a player built it.

Normally it's 30 days but the Grief Prevention plugin has troubles sometimes.

If the reset poll goes through, all of the dimensions will be deleted and regenerated. Including the nether :P
