When did you last try logging in?

Go to your launcher's folder -> Instances -> (instance name) -> config -> ThaumicTinkerer.cfg. Open this file and change B:imbuedFire.enabled=true to B:imbuedFire.enabled=false

Do you have coordinates for the chunk where it happens? If you can get into the chunk and it's part of your base I would recommend you try to break all blocks from the fairy lights mod in the area.
