#1 - On The Charge Of Griefing & Stealing
Ok so lets start with the griefing. From my knowledge the term griefing or stealing means messing up, stealing or destroying someones stuff/base without permission, also the fact that the grief is related to No1_Ace & Zenterin. I had 100% permission to use Zens & Ace's Materials to build the builds i made. When i built the builds i took the materials from Zenterins Claim. Zenterin told me i weas allowed to use them as the base was mainly for them, i would just have my ME System in it and stuff like that. So i built the base using a schematic that i found online (which i was told by staff was allowed). I used there materials while also using mine. Ace made me the wool and quartz, zen made the glass and wood, and so on. They contributed to the build whilst i did as well. Then when the build was done, Zen claimed it. Zen told me that i had permission to live there fully if i wanted.. I took this and kept it by moving out of my tower and into the base i made for them and me. I then proceeded a few weeks later to add on to the base by making a tunnel system to an area that was gonna be for magic (I wanted this seperate so it would not intoxicate our house). I then logged on the next day to find my me system and everything else was moved to the magic room and i had lost all access to the claim where the mansion was built by me and them. I asked zen if i could be added back as it was his claim. He said yes he didnt remove me., but i would need to ask ace to do it. So i went and asked ace to do it, and he said no at first. I then proceded to tell him that Zen told me it was ok, after about 5 minutes he said he would but only entry trust. I said zen said i could have full trust. He told me no only entry. I said no full trust. I then logged back in an hour later to find i was banned for griefing. No idea how any of that means i griefied, I have chat logs to prove all of this above.
#2 - On The Charge Of Threats Against A Staff Member
I never threatened a staff member. I would never do something directly to threaten a staff member. Now i do say some things some times that sound like threats when taken wrong, but are not meant to be threats
What have i learned, to think about the way i say things before i say it and to always make sure to use my items instead of items donated.
What would you do next time instead?
I would make sure that i am 100% clear on what i say and do and make sure that i use my items, or items i buy off of the market
