Continuously Crashing once I get into the server

Two days ago after I logged on after awhile each time I join the server it says Fatal error has eccoured connection has been terminated. What exactly is this and why is it happening?

I’m away from home right now, but if you both give modpack and IGN I can set y’all to login at spawn when I get home
