You can't craft Neutron reflectors from IC2 because it defaults to the TechReborn ones. I tried all combinations and could not get the IC2 ones to show up in the crafting bench. The Neutron reflectors are used to make the MT Core in the Molecular Transformer.

It's impossible to get dragon hearts atm. You can't respawn the ender dragon because you can't place anything on the bedrock to begin with. I don't believe the ritual of resurrection is in 1.10 either. The chaos dragon isn't possible to be fought because it glitches out when it moves to fast...
