I disagree, I think the coloured shells are the best. But only in different sorts of pasta. My mother makes a sweeeeeeeet pasta is own recipe cx

That of course depends on any secondary/tertiary ingredients being added to the batch. If adding something like shallots or pearl onions, you'll want to use something like fusilli/rotini, or farfalle if you wanna get fancy. Although, with such pasta styles, you'll want to omit any 'stringy' or 'stretchy' cheeses with such pastas, and use something more creamy in texture.

I honestly like the 4 minute mac and cheese like country crock Mac n cheese it just seems quicker than boiling a pot of water and waiting

I like to try different things. I went to a resturant called Twisted Rooster. They had several mac & cheese dishes. The one that caught my eye was the Kimchi mac & cheese. Do you know what Kinchi is? it's a Korean thing ... fermented pickled spiced cabbage. I dig the stuff, so I had to try the mac and cheese. IT WAS AWESOME.
