Two Problems

A) Im trying to get items out of a pirate ship chest and as soon i as i click they are deleted. (for reference i play with attack and use controls on opposite)
B) My builder rank has not been transfered over to this server from 1.7.10 servers

B) Dont think there are any builder-rank on 1.10 servers yet...

Why dont you ask these questions in Discord like any normal staff-member would?
