Don't know, probably someone in the town, or maybe not.

What did they do?
took the ME system, and destroyed the town hall, and there are holes and stuff missing all over the place. The whole area needs to be rolled back a few days, like 3-4 maybe

roll back the whole town if you do, not just the city hall because there is random stuff missing from the house and power area and all around.
